FlexAlign-1000

This manually loaded, four station, camera AA station actively aligns a camera lens to its image sensor within 6 DOF to create the best possible image quality over the entire image.

Its modular architecture offers a straight forward and fully automated manufacturing process, incl.various pre-tests, dispensing, active alignment, UVcuring and final test, featuring parallel processing for high throughput.

Depending on the actual requirement the system can be configured for Narrow-FOV as well as Wide-FOV applications, incl. optional collimator setups.

Due to its cost efficiency the system is perfect for R&D as well as high volume production in an 24/7 environment.
